At Holderness & Bourne, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. We offer returns or exchanges on unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and shipping zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Shipping Label

  Once your request is submitted, we will provide a prepaid UPS shipping label via email to ensure a smooth transit back to our warehouse.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging if possible, ensuring all original hangtags and labels remain intact for processing.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized UPS location; once received and inspected, we will issue your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
